Everyone is always so kind about anything you may need help with .It's always been a very nice experience to go to this dentist 's office . It's been a no pain experience and thank you all for being so helpful.

Unfortunately had to get a couple of fillings, the team was warm and inviting. Walked me through the process and checked in along the way. Would highly recommend

Decent experience. Only complaint was the wait in the chair. Attendants and dentist provided great service. Weird check in process with a computer and camera setup but it works. Facility is clean and up to date. Insurance process was simple. One complaint would be how long it takes to achieve the next appointment. They need to work on improving the service here. Otherwise, it is a good provider for f de Tal services.

I had a wonderful experience with Ms.Nina! She was very gentle, attentive and professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience.

Nina is hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had! From the moment you sit in her chair, you can genuinely feel how much she cares about her patients. It's not just another cleaning to her, and that really shows in the care and attention she puts into her work.I've never had my teeth look or feel this good after a cleaning. I honestly can't stop telling my wife how amazing they feel! Once you've experienced a cleaning with Nina, you won't want to sit in anyone else's chair. She's truly exceptional at what she does, and I can't recommend her enough!

Everyone at the front was very nice and helpful. Dr. Stone was gentle with a painful gum procedure and extraction. Very grateful we have someone experienced in his field coming to our island for dental care. We need more like him!

Had a tooth extracted today. Doctors, their Assistants and front office Staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. Top of the line treatment. They really know how to treat patients 💝

Nice friendly staff as always. I have 2 insurance companies each pay for 2 cleanings a year. Went in for third cleaning today and had to pay. They checked and found that submitted both at the same time the last two times. So I'm short two cleanings and it looks like they got paid twice for both. Trying to contact billing but to answer on phone.

I would give 5 stars, but teeth cleaning has overall been unpleasant for me over the years. This last visit Nina made it much better with her efficiency and good nature. It was appreciated.

BIG MAHALOS to Dr. Tapua and the whole crew at Hawaii Family Dental! From calling to squeeze me in early to getting me in and out smoothly, they made the entire visit hassle-free. Even adding in an unexpected filling last minute, so I didn’t have to make a return trip or possibly have it cause pain in the future. The office is super clean, and having upfront pricing took away all the typical dental anxiety, of oh gosh what’s this gonna cost me! They genuinely make going to the dentist a great experience!

I'm impressed. This is the first time a dentist has gotten the area to be worked on numb on the first attempt! This is 24 hours later and it still doesn't hurt. Awesome! Thanks. ( only 4 stars as it's been only 24 hours)

I first came to Hawaii Family Dental three years ago after a friend referred me. He has been a patient for several years and told me has never experienced pain under their care. I’m sold! Pain is why many people avoid dental care. You can now put that to rest.Dr. Akioka has a gentle touch and is sharp and precise while making sure that you are comfortable and pain free. Mica was exceptional for my teeth cleaning.She also explained to me about the benefits of a water pick.She showed me a photo of the one to buy, which I purchased at Target after the cleaning.
