| Exceptions to enrollments after the enrollment period ends will require the approval of the Hawaii Family Dental Centers. Coverage will be effective on the first date of the coverage period selected. Coverage for students applying after the effective date, but before the enrollment period ends, shall begin the day the application and correct payment is postmarked or is delivered to an HFDC office. Premiums will not be prorated and coverage will not be retroactive. |
